Returning Items
Products can be returned up to 30 days after they are delivered. To start a return, contact us at support@ditorn.com with your order information. Returned items should be in original condition, unused, unwashed, and include all tags and packaging. Requests made after the 30-day period may not be accepted.

Please contact us by email at support@ditorn.com and include your order number along with the reason for the return so we can review your request before any item is sent back, as returns made without prior approval may be refused. Once your return is approved, you will receive clear instructions on how to proceed with sending the items to us. Make sure all products are packaged securely to avoid damage during transit. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are usually completed within 7 business days. No restocking fees will apply, though bank processing times may vary depending on your provider.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, email support@ditorn.com with the details of the product you would like as a replacement. Our team will guide you through the exchange process to ensure it is smooth and efficient.

Order Cancellations
To cancel an order, email us at support@ditorn.com as soon as possible. Orders can typically be canceled before processing or shipment. Once your order is in process or has been dispatched, cancellations are not possible; in this case, you will need to follow the return instructions after delivery.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, please take clear photos of the product and packaging and send them to support@ditorn.com. We will quickly arrange a replacement or send the correct item at no extra cost to you.
