  • Processing Duration: Orders are processed within 0-1 business days (Monday through Friday). During peak periods or special circumstances, processing may take slightly longer.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: After your order is dispatched, it arrives within 6-9 business days (Monday through Friday). Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen factors such as weather or courier delays.
  • Free Shipping: Complimentary delivery is available for all orders shipped within the United States.

Order Processing and Shipment
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email acknowledging your purchase and providing details about processing. Orders are prepared and ready for shipment within 0-1 business days. Once your package leaves our facility, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent so you can monitor its journey.

After processing, your order will be shipped. Delivery occurs within 6-9 business days, though actual timing may differ depending on the destination, courier operations, and logistical factors.

Shipping Delays

Order Cancellations
To cancel an order, email us at support@ditorn.com as soon as possible. Orders can typically be canceled before processing or shipment. Once your order is in process or has been dispatched, cancellations are not possible; in this case, you will need to follow the return instructions after delivery.

Although we take care in packaging and quality checks, mistakes or damages can occasionally occur. We will review your case and arrange for a replacement or correction quickly.
